Nicole Richie was spotted out and about in West Hollywood on April 7. Nicole looked ready for summer in a printed strapless jumpsuit by Winter Kate. The jumpsuit with wide legs and a drawstring at the waist was paired with a playful cow-print headscarf and large shades. To finish her look, Nicole carried a blue Balenciaga bag.
